Sachiko graduated from Konan Women's University with a degree in English Literature. She then completed business courses at The College of Central London and obtained a Japanese teacher qualification from IHL, after which she worked at Tokyo Mitsubishi Bank's Americas Planning Office, handling Financial Services Agency and FRB audits, subsidiary management, and intranet administration.

After returning to Japan, Sachiko became the Tokyo Representative for AIMAC, an Asian infrastructure investment advisory firm led by Koji Kashiwaya, previously the Vice President at the World Bank. Her role involved IR, shareholder meetings, project management, and liaison duties, and she successfully completed all projects before the financial crisis in 2008.

Currently, she serves as a director at MORABU HANSHIN Industry Co.,Ltd., and as the president of Morabu Kanzai Co., Ltd., specializing in liaison and government relations.

After founding and transfering a business while at university, Yuuki engaged in new business development and corporate planning at a publicly listed company. Following his tenure as COO at a startup, he ventured into entrepreneurship. Yuuki now serves as an external advisory board member, director, and consultant for publicly and private companies in various industries, from management, HR, to marketing.

In the HR field, he conducts over 200 days of corporate training annually, focusing on organizational activation, operational improvement, and project consulting. In digital marketing and content development, Yuuki leads projects encompassing web, social media, VR, XR, AI, crypto, and NFTs.

In event production and brand consulting, he has directed global events in Japan and produced a number of events in music, fashion, culture, and food entertainment. Recently, he has focused on content planning and production targeting ultra-high-net-worth individuals. Yuuki has authored books with total sales of 900,000 copies and has been selected for the 2025 Osaka Expo Yumeshima pilot project.

While studying sociology at Waseda University, Ryoma started a business, joining a major tutoring school franchise and expanding it to four locations. He also joined a major buyback store franchise, growing it to three locations. To address challenges he faced as a franchisee, he then established a franchising headquarters for a teeth whitening salon, successfully increasing the number of franchise stores to 23 in a short period.

In June 2023, he sold his company and is now focused on enhancing the quality of domestic franchise businesses. He is simultaneously working on headquarters development for six companies and franchise development for twelve companies.

Additionally, Ryoma participates in recruitment and store marketing consulting for several companies, including Japan’s largest fitness company. He excels in franchise development, improving headquarters functions, risk management, business revitalization, and consulting. Ryoma has joined Hedell Group as a specialist in developing franchise business models.
